An der Med Uni Innsbruck arbeitet er therapeutisch mit mentaler Entspannung und gibt sein Wissen \u00fcber Meditation und Entspannungstechniken weiter. F\u00fcr sich pers\u00f6nlich hat der Innsbrucker mentale Entspannungstechniken schon im Studium entdeckt \u2013 gerade nach seiner Querschnittl\u00e4hmung habe ihm das sehr geholfen, ebenso als begeisterter Spitzensportler. Seine jahrzehntelange Erfahrung bringt H\u00f6rmann an der Univ.-Klinik f\u00fcr Psychiatrie II ein.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eIch bin pers\u00f6nlich ein sehr aktiver Mensch und habe immer etwas zu tun, die Gelassenheit hat sich erst im Laufe der Zeit entwickelt\u201c, sagt Harald H\u00f6rmann \u00fcber sich selbst. Er befasst sich seit fast vierzig Jahren mit Entspannungstechniken und verwendet diese im Leistungssport, in der Lehre und mittlerweile seit vielen Jahren vor allem im Patient:innenkontakt. \u201eEin Weg zur Entspannung liegt in der Reduktion von Gedanken, was zu einer Gedankenlosigkeit im wahrsten Wortsinn f\u00fchren kann\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt der 62-J\u00e4hrige. \u201eGedanken kommen und gehen, das ist das Motto w\u00e4hrend der Entspannung \u2013 wir halten sie nicht fest und ersetzen die vielen Gedanken durch Wahrnehmung.\u201c\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Harald H\u00f6rmann l\u00e4dt in der Woche des Gehirns zu insgesamt f\u00fcnf Online Meditationen ein.&nbsp;Die Meditation ist ideal zur Entspannung w\u00e4hrend der Mittagspause, kann jedoch jederzeit durchgef\u00fchrt
